be yourself, don't act like someone you're not. What would be ur first piece of advice for a person going on their first date?
take your own car, have your own money, and meet them somewhere.
(with a date you don't know well).
Don't talk too much. Sometimes when people are nervous, they run off at the mouth. Don't talk all about yourself, either. Ask your date about him or herself, and really listen to the answers. It will make your date feel that you are really interested in him or her, and will help to ensure you get asked out again.
If you are of age (or even if you aren't!) do not get drunk or inebriated on any substance. You don't really know this person, and besides, it will most likely make you look bad. An alcoholic beverage is fine (if you are of legal age), 6 is not.
Be sure to thank the person at the end of the evening. If you had a good time, say so. A handshake or quick hug are both acceptable ways to say good night, depends on what you feel is comfortable and appropriate. I don't kiss on the first date. I kissed my husband at the end of our second date, several times, because he was a perfect gentleman (and I liked him a lot!).
These are some of my best tips. Hope they help!
Don't expect too much.
Just relax and try to have a good time.
dont be easy! too many girls are easy make him work for that first kiss
be yourself, be casual, and don't take everything seriosly. don't be in a rush for ANYTHING.
